Pastor Bailey is just a RADICAL MAN with a MIC and a MESSAGE about a MASTER who works MIRACLES in a MAJESTIC way. He believes God has purposed him to be a SERVANT TO SERVANTS, so he utilizes his gifts, talents, skills, and abilities to serve others as they serve God. Pastor Bailey operates and ministers with the motto in mind that: “HE’S NOT SENT TO RECYCLE SAINTS, BUT TO RESTORE SOULS.”

 

Specially gifted by God, Pastor Bailey began his ministry directing youth choirs for the (G.M.W.A.) Gospel Music Workshop of America and started preaching at the age of 3. Pastor Bailey has been preaching for over 40 years (licensed Sept. 1978 and ordained Feb. 2003) and has been pastoring since January 2008. He has had the privilege and pleasure to preach at various churches, for various denominations and events, and in various cities and states bringing a spirit of restoration to all who would hear God through his voice.

 

Pastor Bailey is a Certified Christian Counselor and has studied in various seminaries in Dallas and in Houston, TX. He received his Associate/Bachelor of Divinity Degrees on April 21, 1996 and Master of Divinity Degree on May 23, 1999 from (DBTI) Dallas Bible Theological Institute in Dallas, TX and received his Doctorate of Divinity Degree from St. Thomas Theological Seminary in Jacksonville, FL on April 21, 2018.

 

Pastor Bailey is happily married to Leading Lady Zahra` Bailey and after 14 years of trusting God, their union brought forth an anointed girl named Zaila Rainn Bailey. He is the Founder and Overseer of Restoration of Praise Ministries, a ministry he organized and currently serves as the Senior Pastor of a successful merger of Restoration of Praise Fellowship and Greater New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, which is now known as the Greater New Hope Church “THE PLACE OF HELP, HOPE, and HEALING”, located in Houston, TX.
